Reiki is a holistic, light-touch, energy-based modality that helps promote balance, relaxation and well-being.

This course covers:
· Benefits and principles of Using Reiki
· Giving a self-treatment
· Treating another person
· Reiki Level I attunement
· Reiki with plants, rocks, water and land
· Earth meditation
· Reiki for the Earth
