2 cups flour (I use spelt)

1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup cooked pumpkin (or any kind of squash)(puree for best results)
1 cup sugar (or 3/4 cup of honey, maple syrup or fruit sweetener)
1/2 cup milk
1 eggs
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup of chocolate chips, raisins or nuts
Bake at 350
